Purchasing Policy
All decoys for sale are limited to stock on hand, as each piece is an individual, handcrafted work of art. No backorders or custom orders are accepted. To ensure the item you want is still available, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping, Packing, and Insurance
Every decoy is carefully packed to ensure safe arrival. Packing, shipping, and insurance fees are added to each order and typically total approximately $20 per bird. Final costs may vary based on destination, packaging needs, or multiple-item shipments.
Sales Tax
A sales tax of 9.25% will be added to all orders shipped within the state of California.
Payment Requirements
We require payment by credit card, check, or money order for the full purchase amount before shipping any items to the customer. However, we offer a three-day inspection period to ensure your satisfaction. If the customer chooses to return the purchase at their own expense (UPS, insured), a full refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.
