One of the last decoys offered from the rig of ring-necks carved by the maker for hunting in the Klamath River estuary. Hollow redwood in original paint with head turned ninety degrees. Glass eyes, bill detail, and fine comb painting exhibit the maker's skill. Hairline crack around the neck, otherwise in good working condition. Made in 1991, branded "RC" and signed in block letters "CAPRIOLA". |
