Mr. Capriola has extensive experience giving seminars and lessons on decoy design, carving, and painting and is available to groups or individuals for instruction. Instruction can vary from a short, two-hour painting or carving demonstration to a multi-day carving and/or painting workshop where attendees participate hands-on. Capriola's techniques include the basics of design and pattern making, use of hand and power tools (emphasis on hand tools), and painting (oils only). Fees for instruction are negotiable.
